I got to learn to master the SKILL of sleeping for a standard of no more/less than 8 hours. Research has shown (here she goes again..) sleeping more than 9 hours is far worse than sleeping for under 6 hours, with 7-8 the optimum. I am either a 3 or a 12 which is frustratingly stupid. Right.
