I care.
When raising concerns are voiced out, people go "Yeah totally! We ought to [...]"
[...] somehow never materialised.
Although it is concluded that Sg is not ready for renewable energy, there is no harm in having a Ministry of Energy. Or so I feel. They feel. Nevermind, for today:
Simple ways to be eco-friendly 8-)
1) Save electricity. E.g. Fan or time your air-conditioners. Mine's 22:00-06:30.
2) Bike/Public transport. Save fuel, tires, lowers emissions, saves lives.
3) Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and compost. Bring your own grocery bag.
4) Conserve water, duh 8-)
5) Quit smoking. Major air-pollutant and health hazard.
6) Eat less meat/more local and organic food. Pricey? So your branded goods are not?
We are grownups .. be considerate and make this world a better place for everyone to live in.
